  The AAYBA 2010 Open World Series (Oklahoma) will play the majority of its games at All-Star Sports Complex in Tulsa and Indian Springs Sports Complex in Broken Arrow.

PROMOTIONS AND ENTRY DISCOUNTS

With the economy struggling we realize that every dollar saved is very important to each and every one of you which is why we have implemented the following loyalty and promotional discounts for our 2010 participants. Most of these promotions have a deadline so please act quickly.

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Loyalty Promo code: ok0209 - This discount only applies to teams that participated in any AAYBA World Series in 2009. Early Bird discount, pay your entry by February 1, 2010 and pay only $495 (a savings of $200.00). Your application must be POST-MARKED by February 1st - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Promo Code ok9876: This discount only applies to teams that did not participate in an AAYBA World Series in 2009 but plan to utilize the Early Bird discount, and by paying your entry by February 1, 2010, you will receive a $150 discount which will reduce your entry fee to $545.00 (a savings of $150.00). Your application must be POST-MARKED by February 1st - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Promo code: ok241 - Play in any two AAYBA World Series events and pay full price for the first and only $395 for the second (a savings of $300.00). There is no deadline other than availability. The same team must play in both tournaments.

The entry fee for the Tulsa, Oklahoma AAYBA World Series Event is $695 for a seven game format (all team will receive a minimum of seven games, weather permitting).

Our Tournament Dates will be July 10^th – 17^th.

We at BAYB feel that this is an awesome tournament with a Proven DROP DOWN Format for EVERY team to be able to play and Succeed.

AAYBA does not pre-qualify teams by forcing teams to play in "qualifying" tournaments, instead all teams are free to register regardless of your win/loss record and regardless to your National affiliation. Our drop down format will "qualify" teams into 3-5 levels of play during the initial round of play. You will be ranked by the results on the field in round one.

Every Participant in the Tournament will receive an award.

This format works for teams from EVERY level of play from REC or A ball to Majors or Nationals teams.
